Returns & Refund
We pride ourselves on working directly with the local artisans to ensure the highest quality and greatest impact of our products. Each of our handcrafted piece is handled with care. Please note that all products are made by hand with love and are one-of-a-kind. They vary slightly in color and sizes, and might have small imperfections which makes each piece unique! These imperfections are not considered damages.
Our customers satisfaction is our number one priority. Therefore we have a 30-day return policy if product is damaged or wrong item was sent, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Customers are responsible for return shipping and handling charges. Please provide a tracking number for your returns so that proof of delivery can be verified. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days have passed.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the return address and you can start the return process. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns for size or color discrepancy. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will refund the purchase amount as store credit. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for this request to be processed. You will receive an email including your gift card code issued as store credit.
Orders may be canceled only with 24hrs of original purchase. To cancel an order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your order has not shipped, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, if your order has shipped, we cannot authorize a cancellation. In that case, please follow the steps under returns.
